Feathers and Fins Posted January 18, 2014 Author Posted January 18, 2014 Ron this was a great year numbers wise for me, but I hunt 4 states what took the wind out of my sails was I love hunting late season on Beaver for Divers and they have all decided to leave combined with Benton County not knowing how to take care of the roads combined with pinching that dam sciatic nerve earlier this year has made it a painful season. There is still some good hunting in Mo and I was in OK for a job today and saw plenty of birds but pain is no fun. I might go for a few snowgoose hunts during the Conservation Order for some Jerky makings. Waterfowling is a passion and obsession. I was more impressed with certain species numbers this year Pintail and Canvasbacks, it was so nice to see them which means to me they are coming back great. I actually spend more time on the camera shooting then gun. If I went blind and couldn't shoot I would still bug someone to take me with them just so I could be out there and call at them. https://www.facebook.com/pages/Beaver-Lake-Arkansas-Fishing-Report/745541178798856
