Think it is older.

It's almost like they wanted the split ring on the line tie to lay flush to the bill because that recessed hole is the same size and depth. No idea why they wanted to do that but someone thought it was a good idea.

I've noticed a distinct square pattern along the seam at the line tie.

Some of them have a depression where the o-ring lays. I've found it problematic to replace those o-rings exactly.

It can ruin the hunting action if the o-ring is catching the depression.

What's the remedy?

This is my best color when I need bites.

It's good in clear or stained water.

The transparent black shell darkens the olive nicely.

Topped of with transparent orange dots.

Bass will swim across the cove to eat this!

Guys just wanted to say this is an awesome wiggle wart thread! Started out as me looking for wiggle warts and has turned into wiggle warts 101. What an awesome forum we have here. I plan on fishing this weekend in the AiA team tournament Saturday. Don't know if we will do any good though. It will be my first time out on the lake this year. I'm sure the water temp will be about 40 or less. I haven't fished the Rock before when the water was this cold. You better believe though I will try a wiggle wart at some point. Probably will come up with nothing but will still try it. Hopefully it is about 60 degrees out on Saurday and warms the water up a little late in the day. That's what I'm hoping for.

This is a natural green craw pattern.

I wanted to show off the painted eyes versus 3D eyes.

It gives them an old school/throw back appearance.

Some of my buddies demanded it, so I hooked them up.

Trophy,

Very nice looking repaints! If you notice in my pic of my 370 wart fishing box my predominant colors are olive hues :) They work! Although, there are times a PB&J or phantom brown really gets em' going.

Thanks gnat!

I'm yet to catch one with PB&J

Maybe I should fish the ones I painted up.
