We had a great C&R season this year, lots of nice fish, and plenty of water, this past month

blue wing olives and caddis hatched off nearly every afternoon.

I was lucky enough today to end the season with a very nice rainbow, she weighed 12 lbs in my weigh net

Caught her on a scrambled egg, size #14

Guess I'll have to go back to work, I'm already looking forward to next November.

I think I've seen that same picture at least 5 times this year :D

Same fish different day ?

It was a good year, but this

Is the only one I caught

this season that was 12 lbs.

I'm sure she had been hooked

before, though, I had never

seen this fish before, so it might

have come up.

Was it a brood stock escapee? Looks like it's just down from the chutes.

Looks more like a "wish fish" than a spring or brood fish. A wish fish would be one that I "wish" I had caught. Nice fish Tim
