Sore Thumbs Posted March 6, 2014 Posted March 6, 2014 Funny thing is. Jerry admitted to doing it himself. A lot. This guy goes once and he's the Devil. Lol
Bigmo Posted March 6, 2014 Posted March 6, 2014 Way to go, looks like you and your dad had a great time. I hope you continue to post. I think alot of others don't post because of some of the negative viewers on here. Oh by the way, GO HAWKS! Lets see if that stirs any up. I'll be there next week for the Big 12 tourney.
Fishin Hodge Posted March 6, 2014 Posted March 6, 2014 Sometimes I fish in ponds that I know have no fish in them.
abkeenan Posted March 6, 2014 Posted March 6, 2014 Sometimes I fish in ponds that I know have no fish in them. So Table Rock every so often? lol.
FRENZEL Posted March 6, 2014 Posted March 6, 2014 Man I really dont get the negative comments? We are all fisherman. Does Jerry make his own lures? Or just buy them like everyone else. How tough is it to buy what everyone else does? Do you custom paint your own baits? If not then whats the use.. This foum should be a place to celebrate fishing and to help others do well to promote our sport. I love going where the fish are uneducated just as much as the challenge of figuring out the fish that are tortured. TRACY FRENZEL FRENZELS GUIDE SERVICE 417-699-2277 "ONE MORE CAST"
Hazbin Posted March 6, 2014 Posted March 6, 2014 Thanks for the kind response. I never expected to get so much criticism by posting one of the best stories of my life on here. I liked this forum because everyone seemed to be very supportive and always shared what they were doing. After reading some of the posts I got on here it was pretty disappointing. I rarely post on forums for this very reason. I just didn't expect to find the same kind of things here. My dad has been fishing table rock since 1970 and he's caught some big fish out of there. We would rather fish The Rock any day of the week, but sue me for wanting to take a special trip once in a while to a unique place and have at least a chance at catching a monster. I guess I don't view it any different than paying some guide 3000$ to take you Elk hunting on a mountain side that has trophy elk, or paying to fly to Canada to have a chance at catching a monster small mouth. What ever happened to the saying - If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all? To those close minded fisherman out there, good luck to you. -Mark Thanks for the kind response. That would be a great place for our Son to take our Grandson for the day. How much does it cost for a day? I going to tell our Son about this place, as his Inlaws live in Gulf Shores and they live in Mobile and that's on their way and also they have some relatives in Bay Minette.
