Looks like you had a great time there DD, great catch! Stockton is such a wonderful lake, like Ham mentioned its such a great multispecies lake. No docks, just wilderness. Its hard to beat that lake!! Looks like you filleted the drum? Ive never eaten one, i didnt even know they were palatable.

Thanks for the tips. We camped at a camp site at Mutton Creek Marina and campground with electric service and running water for a fee of $21 per night. Don't think we broke any laws there. The fish were also cleaned and cooked at the camp site. Shore lunch on Corps property was smoked chicken. That is interesting about fillets on short.
