I caught this on a worm and bobber. Anyone know what it is?

It's soft like a minnow, but it has spines like a bluegill or bass.

Yep. Log Perch. yaknar catches a bunch of them. Cajunangler caught one on a Ned Rig this year. I caught one on NFOW on a Zig Jig. Largest member of the darter family.
