*Gets out the broken record and plays that old familiar tune:

"Gosh. It's cooler than average where I am right now, so it's obviously colder everywhere on the planet and it will be for decades to come"

I suppose that one will be spinning for a long, long time.

I don't disagree with your point about the flaw in assuming everywhere is colder, but you are just stirring the pot here, bro.

*Forehead slap.

Move it over to the Conservation forum side boys if you care to have your denialist disinformation rectified there (and my compliments on a series of...gems....posted above).

I agree this part of the site is better off as a demilitarized zone.

Moving it to the conservation forum doesn't fix that. Not making purposely provocative statements does though. I would think we could talk about cool weather because it's, well...cool out there.

My daughter was near Steamboat a couple weeks back, and it was hotter there than here at times -- even though they're a few thousand feet higher.

What's it like in Denver now? 56 degrees this morning, mid-70s now.

yep what you are saying goes both ways I guess or is just a double standard that only applies when it gets warm somewhere??

Another cool one tonight. And the humidity was so low, I did not sweat my t-shirt thru like I did Sunday afternoon just watering the garden.

Now if I could get rid of those dang mosquitoes. Less than 2" of rain this month and I still have skeeters buzzing me while I water.

No mosquitos here around Beaver Lake. One of the real blessings about this area, especially since we moved here from MN, where they were the state bird.

It is so nice. Drivin around with ac off and windows down. Low humidity is the best. Air quality is great too.
