Is this a similar case as Chesterfield Valley where a catastrophic flood happens and no one listens to the lessons learned? His father touches the Claw in spite of Kevin's warnings and breaks two legs just as a thunderstorm tears the house apart. Kevin runs away with the Claw. Build those galldurn 500 year levies higher, we need not just 1 but 2 factory outlet malls and a Bentley dealership and 40 chain restaurants, and 3 miles of uninterrupted big box stores.
