The RV park I keep my camper at doesn't turn on the water till after the last freeze. I don't mind camping in cold weather but a lot of people do. No running water keeps a lot of people away till they turn it on.

I remember the campground behind the Suzy hole being packed opening weekend. But soon after it wasn't till warmer weather.

I'm by Oak Hill and they have a lot of people stay there year round. I figure they leave the water on but not sure.

As a rule the campgrounds are owned by people that live on site. They just need to turn on the lights and furnace. This changing hands probably has them waiting untill the season really gets going. It's pretty lean around there in March and April during the week.

Today's release is tomorrows gift to another fisherman.

I spoke to the IRS, and this saga began years ago. The Johnstons have known about the seizure for a long time, but never informed any of their guests. Bottom-line, the IRS just wants their money, not a broke down old RV camp that now they'll have to sell for less that what is owed. I was in the Circle J store in late September of 2014, and the place was nearly empty and was out of almost everything. Coincidence that the IRS showed up a week later? I don't think so!

I was able to winterize my mobile home in October after talking to the Sheriff in Lebanon. He was very understanding of my situation!

My mobile home is sitting with no utilities (water or electrical), and with no access (the area is still marked "NO TRESSPASSING"). I don't blame the IRS, I blame the Johnstons for their mis-management and lack of information.

What did the IRS do to earn any money ?

Protected you from the Taliban and ISIS and built you a few roads.

Well I kept the Hooligah's from Baldehar from overtaking the world. And I did it with nothing but a shotgun, a bass rod, and my skills at being a total jackass.

So in lieu of payment for THAT I request they forgive the arrears from Circle J and let folks back in their friggin trailers.

The "good" folks at Circle J are square with the IRS now, that's why the place was sold at auction. My beef is with the new owner, Don Gibson. He's holding my fishing cabin hostage, and I don't have any way of contacting him to pay the ransom....

I've left 3 messages on that number, and never got a call back. That number used to ring a few times, then go to voicemail. Not any more.
