Meanwhile, over in STL, reports are that fans have been taunting Michael Brown protesters with some pretty off-color statements. Say it ain't so!

Yeah I heard the protesters were chanting "hands up, don't shoot" and the cards fans starting chanting back at them "pants up, don't loot"....

LOL -- best one I've heard in a while.

I heard one pundit (don't remember who) call MO the 'Shoot Me State'.

I was listening to a KC radio host rant yesterday blast the Cardinal and the fans and the city etc. I don't know many Cardinal fans that genuinely dislike the Royals or their fans. In fact I think most are pulling for them. KC seems to want the Cardinals and the city to burn. I don't get it...it is weird!

The protestors will probably be out again, but I doubt it will be an issue for anyone or they will even be able to close enough to the park.

Justin arrive early and talk a walk around ballpark village and fox sports midwest live....it is worth checking out!

My brothers surprise 40th will be on the rooftops seats if the Cardinal make it to the Word Series. Should be fun.

It's not the Cardinals or St. Louis we don't like -- it's the people, present company excluded of course :D

I will agree, as a whole KC people are much more laid back and easier to deal with than those from St. Louis. That being said some of my favorite people come from the Lou, so there are exceptions.

the Royals have a tough road to haul, with 4 games possible in Baltimore. Since Royal fans have not had play off experiences since 1985, my view of experience with the Cardinals indicate if you don't have home field advantage, it will take some luck to win a LCS. Good luck and enjoy the games. I am rooting for you by the way.

Well, from the glass-half-full perspective, we haven't lost a playoff game since 1985

This ump is having an off day. Both of those looking strike threes to Cain and butler were well off the plate.
