Members RogueAgent Posted October 3, 2014 Members Posted October 3, 2014 At last count (late Thursday) they are reporting 1800 entries. Anyone on this forum fishing the tournament this weekend? I'll be out there with 1000+ boats trying to win the fishing lottery.
WeekendWarrior Posted October 3, 2014 Posted October 3, 2014 There are four of us fishing this weekend (2 boats). Pretty tough earlier this week for me. Today is overcast and windy, opening morning calling for sun and wind. Hopefully it stirs the fish into biting good for everyone. Good luck to everyone!

I fished the spring tournament and there were about 300 fewer signups at this stage than the fall. This will be my first fall bash. It will probably be like opening morning at a trout park tomorrow. Elbow to elbow with frost on the ground. I hope someone from the forum places or at least has a good story to tell. Stay safe out there!!
nomolites Posted October 4, 2014 Posted October 4, 2014 I will leave the green fish for you; be fishing open water for walleye/crappie/hybrids. Good luck!
fishinwrench Posted October 4, 2014 Posted October 4, 2014 6.79 leading. I heard that they are having a hard time keeping her from wanting to go belly up. Weighed in "alive" though so it shouldn't get dis-Q'ed.
Atta Posted October 4, 2014 Posted October 4, 2014 Up here and fishing the tourney. Tough day. Started out pretty good then fell to nothing around 10:30. Only caught 1 after 11:00. New day tomorrow!
Members fireman Posted October 4, 2014 Members Posted October 4, 2014 Ended up not going because couldn't find anyone to go. Don't like going by myself. too boring.
fishinwrench Posted October 5, 2014 Posted October 5, 2014 7.89# That is a TOAD for a Fall bass. This lake continues to amaze me.
Seth Posted October 5, 2014 Posted October 5, 2014 Holy cow! I wonder what the biggest LoZ BBB bass ever weighed in is? I have only been following it for a few years but this is the biggest that I am aware of.
Old plug Posted October 5, 2014 Posted October 5, 2014 That is a good one. I see the same guy that caught weighed another nice fish. He had a spot you can bet on it. What got me was the general weights coming in for the whole rirst day bothing got on the board under 4 lbs and there were a lot of 5's weighed. Pretty good. day for as bad as the weather was. Maybe some of those on this forum should check there attitude about this lake.
