merc1997 Bo Posted November 19, 2014 Author Posted November 19, 2014 perhaps the extra weight made the difference. speed is a trigger factor that needs to be explored just about every time out. if you are fishing with a buddy, it sure does not hurt for having different weights on to begin with to see if it is making a difference to the bass. most of the time, it makes a big difference. bo
Jerry Rapp Posted November 19, 2014 Posted November 19, 2014 Yes, I always throw War Eagle. But I don't preface every single reference to a spinnerbait with the brand. Starts to wear on the nerves after a while. Kind of counterproductive at that point. dam Champ, you have been on edge for a while. I played nine holes today, it was windy and I am sure the fish would have been hitting my Stanley Spinnerbaits that are custom made........ have a glass of wine and chill out this evening. You must have been couped up the office again today.
huntest Posted November 20, 2014 Posted November 20, 2014 Jerry, I bet your a frugal golfer too. Tell us about the golfclubs and golfballs you use......no brand names please. I'm sure there are cheaper ways to play that sport too. I hear there are places that sell old clubs and golfballs by the pound.
Fly_Guy Posted November 20, 2014 Posted November 20, 2014 I prefer Six Sigma wine in my Fruit-of-the-Looms.
Members littlejasper Posted November 20, 2014 Members Posted November 20, 2014 Champ, you need to take a break for a while. You just sound like a grumpy old man. Your way or the highway. So much sarcasm and it really isn't called for. Bo just making a good post and you gotta get all sideways. If you can't say anything good.....

Like my fishing equipment, the golf stuff is quality, proven equipment starting with the golf balls, clubs, golf cart, golf cart enclosure, propane heater, shoes, etc. I am still looking for a good, reliable putter. I would pay $1000 for a putter that made 90% of the putts from 3+ feet!
