im in contact with fisherman hes gonna call me later to make arrangements to give atleast part of it to the cassville program plus id like to see a young person from there get the combos that would not be able to participate otherwise. i just have to not let the just incase syndrome kick in when im sorting all of it hahaha!!! Plus i drug a couple crankbait rods and 2 tournament pro 7.1 to 1 baitcasting reels home from bennett street today. i was thinking that the kid who gets the equipment will have an incentive to keep his grades up and meet all team requirements and i'll try to build a few custom baits for him over there tournament season. I'm just thankful im in a position to helpout a little bit.

Thnx everyone for your input and well wishes I talked to Fisherman last night and by the time the kids at Cassville come back from break they will have some good usable tackle to use. After talking to him last night i realized there's a real need to help these high school programs. A lot of us were blessed with fathers and grandfathers that started teaching us something that i will define as a life skill not just a sport. Most of you know exactly what I'm talking about respect being one of them. It sounded to me that there's a need to teach them the basics that my father and grandfather taught me and I just automatically do without thinking much about it anymore. It can be as simple as showing them how and when to replace the line on their reels, what type and size to use and proper maintenance for example. It's frustrating enough at times for all us just think how hard it will be for the kid that don't know nothing I don't think many will stick with it they will go back to sitting on their butts playing video games. I'm a firm believer that if you put a kid on the water and in the woods you keep him off the streets!!!!! Merry Christmas Everyone!!!!!!
