fishbait3 Posted February 14, 2015 Posted February 14, 2015 Well Aggressor, u seem to act like u have the facts but seems like u cant produce much without just saying do ur own research online. My Wife has a degree in Environmental science so if i ever have a question or need ideas on how and where to fish all i do is ask her or take her with me and have her show me the he characteristics of how to fish an area Also not to be mean/rude you seem Pretty Arrogant just becuase u fish these so called tournaments doesnt mean u know everything u might be good or decent but i wouldnt categorize u with being a top Pro Especially with the you act or sound on here. trythisonemv 1
fishbait3 Posted February 14, 2015 Posted February 14, 2015 well they are not a native fish so if you wanna keep introducing non game fish to our lakes im not offended but in all repect do the research on them. Any angler about his merits will tell you if you put one in your livewell every other fish you put in there will die. Fish die in livewells all the time i keep walleye, bass and catchfish in them and i dont seems to loose fish some die because of lack of oxygen and space not because the theres a muskie in the livewell. ( I dont keep Muskie myself)
trythisonemv Posted February 14, 2015 Posted February 14, 2015 I'm no Muskie fisherman guys but upon doing a mere fifteen minutes research found that Muslim primarily feed on bait fish. Sunfish suckers shad etc. One article done on the New River in Carolinas stated when checked only five percent of the food found in muskie were small mouth in this particular river. Another article said that small to medium muskie feed mostly on signers and small sunfish where as large mudslide are more opportunistic feeders. They will eat whatever is dumb enough to cross their path... either way they aren't locals and were put here for sport so enjoy!
fishbait3 Posted February 14, 2015 Posted February 14, 2015 very true trythis just seems some people dont know how to do research trythisonemv 1

Aggressor1988long Posted February 14, 2015 Posted February 14, 2015 Im,talking about fellows lake I said nothing about pomme. I just dont agree with them in fellows but we all, have our opinions.
Aggressor1988long Posted February 14, 2015 Posted February 14, 2015 Agressor, Why in the world would anyone keep a muskie? They are rare, and they are a true game fish. I bet you eat more crappie than that fish could ever dream of eating. Bass, catfish and walleye also eat crappie. Should we kill all of them too? And crappie are nowhere near the primary forage of a musky...just FYI. KVD Agressor, Why in the world would anyone keep a muskie? They are rare, and they are a true game fish. If he is with MDOC, I'm sure he wouldn't mind me contacting him to have him post about the topic on here. Where are the big fish at Fellows? All you have to do is go to the marina (or their Facebook site) to see all the pictures of the pigs that meat hunters, like yourself, consistently remove from the lake. It is amazing there is ANYTHING left in that lake with the lack of conservation many anglers partake in. And BATCAB27 hit it right on the nose, Pomme is loaded with crappie (among other fish)...and Pomme just happens to have been stocked with muskies since the early 60's. What is your explanation for that? I can't wait to hear it.
trythisonemv Posted February 14, 2015 Posted February 14, 2015 It seems that the aggressor could not handle aggression being returned upon him. I don't believe that anyone had an intention of being offensive.this is a great place to discuss and learn and grow as Fisher people. If we get bent out of shape when we are challenged on a point we do not grow but loose our place of respect.
