Lilleys' Landing carries quite an extisive collection of the flicker shad in #5's and #7's. He is pretty good about stocking up on colors people request also.

I usually buy BPS cuz its handy i usually price match them with Cabelas because its a dollar cheaper per flicker. I do drive by cabelas about 1 time a month for work, so i guess i will start picking some up when i cruise through...Anyone needs anything from there feel free to ask, id be happy to grab whatever

If you want to get some different colors try scheels and mills fleet farm. They have some awesome exclusive colors. Scheels pearl ghost is REALLY good when the waters clear. I prolly have a 150 or so in various colors. I buy pretty much exclusively from FISHUSA. They are a great tackle supplier Except when I need my store exclusive colors. I really wasn't happy when bass pro dropped their line in favor of pushing their static shad line. The fathead colored flicker shad is awesome and out of all still one of my favorites.

Duck I seemed to always have better luck down there during and after the spawn on creek trapped chubs and shiners. Don't know why as I always think a guy should be able to tear them up on them this time a year. If you have some info please enlighten me. Caught a couple of jig and minnow there last year this time of year but that was it. the best we have gotten there on BB and minnow was 30.5 but that was after the spawn.

I am new to this walleye thing. They have always just been a by catch for me while chasing whites and crappie. Trying to figure them out and just trying different things.

im also kinda new to it, just now got a good trolling set up, before it was trolling 3 mph in a big glass boat, i did catch a few last summer doing that. I do feel like it is a little easier up on stockton for walleye and the length limit is only 15", but Bull is way handier than stockton for me. Thanks for the tip Rangerman, i will have to check those places out cant ever have to many colors.

If you really want to learn Walleye, members Feathers and Fins, Rangerman, Hunter91 and Tanderson really know what they are doing. In addition, you are welcome in my boat any time.

lol dont sell yourself short RPS...yes there is a wealth of information on walleye fishing on this site, its really incredible....that said....dragging flicker shads around on leadcore is about the most productive way ive found....plus youll get crappies too. Change speeds and depths and it works for me in just about any conditions.
