I haven't been fishing in a couple of weeks, haven't played with any new lures.

So I have nothing to say.

But I plan to be on the water starting tomorrow.

Stay home. Wrap rods. Pour heads. Sort hooks. Pick miscellaneous plant based debris out of boat hinges. Pretty much my options this weekend.

If I was retired and solo, I'd fish 5 days a week when the fishing was slow and 7 days a week when the bite was strong. Just sayin.

I'm gonna give er a go in the derby on Saturday. My boy got the bad news he has to work so I guess I will try it solo. I will post up something, even if its pictures of bald eagles and herons.
