Smithvillesteve Posted February 4, 2015 Posted February 4, 2015 I am headed to TR this weekend. I have never fished a Ned Rig. But I have been reading about them on this forum all winter. I went to Cabela's today and bought a bag a ZMan's Ned Rig plastics in green pumpkin and PBJ. ZMan is also selling the jig head so i picked up a couple bags. 5 bucks for 5 jig heads. They only had green pumpkin and black. I think i got a bag of 1/10 which I never heard of before. They did not have weed guards but had a little catch on the hook shank to help keep the plastic up on the head. I would be interested in ordering some of Daves jig heads. I will email soon. And yes, good video Dave. Fishing with your son is priceless!!!!
dtrs5kprs Posted February 9, 2015 Posted February 9, 2015 Just a quick update... Our 1/16oz molds are in the works, so that size will be more readily available shortly. If you are in KS please let me know when ordering so I can correctly figure the KS sales tax due on your order. I hear the little deal is working. Won't step on toes by posting more info.
dtrs5kprs Posted March 19, 2015 Posted March 19, 2015 Dave, email sent. Replied. Have you thrown it out that way? Just shipped to another customer in VA this morning.
Members Rob Shaw Posted March 19, 2015 Members Posted March 19, 2015 Dave, I have but not when I had a co-angler or someone with me. Out of curiosity, what part of Va did you mail to? Lol
Members swelbo1 Posted March 30, 2015 Members Posted March 30, 2015 Dave, I sent you an email the other day.
dtrs5kprs Posted May 5, 2015 Posted May 5, 2015 Dave, Email sent. Will try to catch up to it. Things have been borderline overwhelming the last few days, compounded by losing power at 530am or so today. Painting heads now, just in between steps for a few minutes.
Champ188 Posted May 6, 2015 Posted May 6, 2015 My BFL co-angler from Saturday will be ordering soon, if he hasn't already.
dtrs5kprs Posted May 6, 2015 Posted May 6, 2015 Just an update... We have the first of the freshly painted heads oven curing today. Basically all of them are already spoken for. Really had no idea they would be this popular, and feel completely blessed that folks are enjoying them. We are looking at about 10-14 days on new orders. From what I hear, it is pretty tough to get them to consistently eat anything else right now. No doubt that will change a bit as more switch to post spawn places. Dave
