Crappie were interrupted when I already had two stripers on shore and realized my truck was still running behind me and it had a boat attached lol. Horrible stripers interrupting crappie slaying.

  1. Heat cast iron pan to 500 degrees
  2. Lightly baste Meat in Olive Oil
  3. Turn on Oven and preheat to 350
  4. Cover with Paprika, Salt, Pepper, Onion powder, Garlic Powder
  5. Sear until meat starts to flake away from the pan repeat on other side
  6. Remove and place in a bowl with lemon juice and above ingredients for while you prepare aluminum foil to wrap Steaks.
  7. Place fillets in foil and wrap

These are served with Garlic and Onion French Green Beans.

Maybe I'll have to quit thinking walleyes. Really looks good. You can get some nice steaks off those fish you caught. Thank goodness I have walleye in the freezer I got blanked today. Going north tomorrow, they have to be someplace.

Great fishing and excellent sounding recipe. I hope you ate the cheeks out of those bad boys. I just had some from one of mine and it was excellent.
