Fishin Hodge Posted February 21, 2015 Posted February 21, 2015 Is there a ramp I can put in on anywhere on the Rock? Anybody have any current reports?
Fishin Hodge Posted February 21, 2015 Author Posted February 21, 2015 Ps I would like to get back up the ramp also.
Members olbasser Posted February 21, 2015 Members Posted February 21, 2015 Viney Creek and 86 bridge would be no goes.
Fishin Hodge Posted February 21, 2015 Author Posted February 21, 2015 Long creek area ramps are good. At least the ones I have looked at, about to get me some green fish.
Bill Babler Posted February 22, 2015 Posted February 22, 2015 Went by Eagle Rock today and it was open, but the road going down there was petty icy. I drove down and could not see where anyone had launched, but there were car tracks and the snow and ice were melted out of the tracks You can make it but be careful. Also for me something that is a very important factor, and it would have been today is just the amount of wet icy road grime that is on the roads. You for sure had better tarp the boat going and coming, but it will just get filthy. Kind of hate to spend two days detailing for a 1/2 day fishing trip. http://whiteriveroutfitters.com http://whiteriverlodgebb.com

It was for this reason that Donna and I stayed in Bella Vista today. Short trip on mostly dry roads to one of our local village lakes. Caught five on the Ned from 10 to 35 feet. Water temps 39-40 degrees. No stick bait bite at all. fishingaddiction and Dewayne French 2

Well someone knows how to smile for the camera Looks like more fun than white knuckling around the TR highways would have been. Donna G and Champ188 2
Quillback Posted February 22, 2015 Posted February 22, 2015 I'd be smiling too, that's a fun size bass to get on the spinning gear. Champ188 1
Macsimus Posted February 22, 2015 Posted February 22, 2015 Checked the Old Highway 86 ramp this afternoon and it was completely clear of snow and ice and in great shape. "There was a time that I didn't fish, but I cannot remember it."
