Feathers and Fins Posted March 28, 2015 Author Posted March 28, 2015 I promised them a HOT OIL BATH https://www.facebook.com/pages/Beaver-Lake-Arkansas-Fishing-Report/745541178798856
Ham Posted March 28, 2015 Posted March 28, 2015 I don't eat my pets, but I'm not able to go bang out 47 crappie at the drop of a hat either. I'm seriously jealous of that. Every Saint has a past, every Sinner has a future. On Instagram @hamneedstofish
Members showmebass Posted March 28, 2015 Members Posted March 28, 2015 I had similar results, using similar methods, in a similar area of the lake today. I didn't catch 47 though.......caught my crappie limit and headed home. Probably caught 23-24 total, with the largest one at little over 14".
fishinwrench Posted March 28, 2015 Posted March 28, 2015 That plate is unbalanced. Either too many beans or not enough fish. And where's the cornbread?
Feathers and Fins Posted March 28, 2015 Author Posted March 28, 2015 No cornbread, had a choice of it or vanilla cake, I took the cake. https://www.facebook.com/pages/Beaver-Lake-Arkansas-Fishing-Report/745541178798856
zarraspook Posted March 28, 2015 Posted March 28, 2015 Dang !!!!! Now I have got to clean the drooooool off my monitor ........ "Look up OPTIMIST in the dictionary - there is a picture of a fishing boat being launched"
Feathers and Fins Posted March 29, 2015 Author Posted March 29, 2015 Show; They really have turned on this week, seems when the water hits 52 after the nights cool down they go on a major bite. Most my fish have come from about a 200 to 300 ft piece of shore all week. But the same jig all week (crystal shad). Hoping for some open water staging of others in creek mouths and then following the bite down lake. https://www.facebook.com/pages/Beaver-Lake-Arkansas-Fishing-Report/745541178798856
