Members Nitro896 Posted April 7, 2015 Members Posted April 7, 2015 Bout time I posted something.Been down 12yrs. One of the best 3hrs.this .morning. 9-12,main lake cove,n.side, lots of wind, game on right from the jump, old brown craw wart, bank to 15ft.,approx.30 fish, one short, all others solid 2.5-3.5,go figure.one spot, one nice brown one,3lb.rest LM.one nice kicker! 7.5lbs. relatively accurate scale, almost 23 in. Bill Babler Posted April 7, 2015 Posted April 7, 2015 Great trip. Be careful out there. We really should wear out PFD's when we are alone, especially if we are seasoned anglers, as the majority are here. Tks. for the Super Report. motoman 1 http://whiteriveroutfitters.com http://whiteriverlodgebb.com
fishingaddiction Posted April 7, 2015 Posted April 7, 2015 Excellent outing Nitro. A lot of good reports coming in lately, but this is a really good one. Congrats on some great fishing. Good advice on keeping the PFD on while fishing alone Bill. I am the worlds worse for not wearing the PFD after I shut the big motor off. Born to Fish. Forced to Work.

Members BiteMeBaits Posted April 8, 2015 Members Posted April 8, 2015 We also had a decent day on Monday 4-6-15. Started out in mill creek and didn't have much luck early. Once the wind picked up we caught a few on points on craw colored warts. Tried a white spinnerbait without any luck. Only boated 6 with 4 keepers. Biggest was around 6 lbs.

Cause I always wear my inflatable PFD. It's just second nature and plenty comfy........I'd like to still be fishing in another 50+ years. And, I've got little ones at home; I owe it to them (and myself) to make it home after every trip.:-)
