trapshot25 Posted May 25, 2015 Posted May 25, 2015 Took girlfeiend up to the lake this morning launched out of Nemo around 6:30 water temp 67 69 degrees. Tried a couple of coves around nemo few short fish on ned in pumpkin/chart and pbj. Ran down around state park marina and changed over to green pumpkin/orange ned. Few small 13+ bass and this nice 22" walleye. Her first walleye ever. She is a ned user because she like to catch fish, doesn't matter if it's bass, drum, bream long as she is catching we get to stay!!! LOL
trapshot25 Posted May 25, 2015 Author Posted May 25, 2015 Thanks Quill Yep was big surprize for her and me. Know pomme has some nice ones but not as common as stockton. She hooked big drum after that thought she had another one. lol
Members RangerR83 Posted May 25, 2015 Members Posted May 25, 2015 Just out of curiosity, what model Ranger you running there? The colors on the front there look identical to mine, it's a 99 R83.
MOPanfisher Posted May 25, 2015 Posted May 25, 2015 Ssssshhhhhhh. There are no walleye in Pomme. Catch your bass and leave. LoL. Good to see someone catching them on Pomme I have been able to get out since first week of April. Last year when we were whacking big crappie I took my wife and she put a whooping on me with the slabs.
trapshot25 Posted May 25, 2015 Author Posted May 25, 2015 I know there are no walleye there lol I have more problems with the crappie never seem to find them. Usaually loose walleye before getting into boat over the years.
