Guest Posted June 12, 2015 Posted June 12, 2015 If you hang out at twin bridges during the white bass run, they will check you. Otherwise, you could pillage anything you want anywhere else.
Feathers and Fins Posted June 12, 2015 Author Posted June 12, 2015 Ya twin bridges don't count that's a guarantee check, Nice overpass to sit under and just wait for everyone to come to the parking lot. https://www.facebook.com/pages/Beaver-Lake-Arkansas-Fishing-Report/745541178798856

Dan the fisherman Posted June 12, 2015 Posted June 12, 2015 Never been checked on beaver. I was checked once last year below dam. But that's the only time ever
Stump bumper Posted June 12, 2015 Posted June 12, 2015 I was checked near Beaver shores at least 4 years ago while fishing a tournament with my wife. They made a big deal because the fire extinguisher was not mounted just lying loose (fixed it that day). But there was a pontoon boat with at least 10 kids jumping off it near me and they didn't even stop by them to count life jackets.
1969Larson Posted June 13, 2015 Posted June 13, 2015 Many times on the White above and below the lake and on the Buffalo but never once on Beaver.
Lance34 Posted June 13, 2015 Posted June 13, 2015 I was checked for the first time ever by AG&F two weekends in a row in the spring of last year. Once at 412 bridge ramp and the other at Hickory Creek Marina. Neither one did they ask for license, vest, or registration. They both just wanted to see my fish, measure them and answer some questions on a survey they were doing. Dan the fisherman 1
Members oldfella Posted June 13, 2015 Members Posted June 13, 2015 I was last checked in 1995. It was during the Danny Ford Big Bass AAO tourny. I was fishing with Ken Biley and Ron Woods, Both black men. agfc guy went by us about a quarter mile, circled back, past at least 10 other boats on the way back to us,and checked to see we had fishing license. We all did. Never saw him check another boat.
bferg Posted June 14, 2015 Posted June 14, 2015 Lived here almost 7 years now- I have never been checked on Beaver- that includes while fishing and a lot of days on my evil "wake boat". Actually- I have never been checked anywhere in this entire state. Lakedog 1
