Steve. If I was you I would head toward the back of big indian. Fish the bushes and out to 15'. Was back there yesterday. It had a lot of color. Start flipping beavers in the bushes and throw a blade. If thst don't work move out and crank or roll s blade. Realize once it clears up this bite will disappear immediately.

And the shallow fish are easy to eliminate if they aren't going to play. Won't take very long to figure out if they are there.

If that does not work out hit some main lake points in 15'-25' with Ned, a jig, or even a tube. Have to do that before the navy gets out. If you don't have a lot of time to fish you can burn up a day pretty fast looking for the drop shot and deep fish. Kind of have to know where they should be ahead of time.

I know the Lord is always with me.

I will not be shaken, for he is right beside me.

Search Ned Rig in the search bar here on Ozark Anglers and you will find enough info to last you for days of reading.

Lots of big docks in that area, Steve. You can dropshot at depths of 18-28 feet from the bottom on out to the ends of those docks (no matter how deep the water, but keep your lure in that 18-28 range) with a small senko-type lure or finesse worm in a color like watermelon candy or plum.

You can also pitch a Ned, shaky head or finesse jig into the dock slips in that 18-28 feet range. Or a spoon.

Hey, quit making fun of Bill's spelling! :XD:

You know I don't think it was Bill originally. Somehow it kind of stuck with folks, get lots of requests for Varmit heads.
