I sold it to a gentleman near Cole Camp. He bought it for his son. XP's are great rods, I still have a couple. Traded once for it's replacement, the Z - axis, and it is ok, but not the backbone of the XP. snagged in outlet 3 1

Gavin Posted February 1, 2020 Posted February 1, 2020 If you want a 6wt with a fighting butt you will probably need to wrap it yourself or hire it out. It is not hard to assemble a fly rod. I would recommend Tom Hargrove if you want to go with a custom builder. He will wrap or repair anything, but his signature customs are fantastic. laker67 1
