Scuds and Bugs

We were dragging the lake in front of the dock and pulled up a bunch of course moss tangled with line.  We placed it in the back of the boat.

Once back at the dock, I picked up the clump of moss and under it was several hundred bugs, mainly scuds.

Just shows us that the lake is in good shape as far as food base.  Lots of scuds swimming around the lake.

Ummmm - if you find a pink jig / white head that would be mine... tied it on and was test casting and talking....got hung up three feet in front of the dock.....broke it off...up to the office I go!!

Hey Phil,

I know it's all conjecture but what do you think they'll do with water levels now that we are down to 917?

They have to drop the lake very soon to fix Powersite.  Then I don't think they'll run much water.

My guess on the repair is next week.
