Lifes2Short Posted December 24, 2015 Posted December 24, 2015 12/21-State Park, 8-4, water temp 50. Had a really good day fishing between St. Park and into Maze Creek. Ended up with 15, 10 of those were nice chunky keepers!!! The Wart bite was ON with a few coming on the creature bait. The fish have moved back out into deeper water, channel-swing banks and a few out on the points. 12/22, Mutton Creek, 8-3, water temp 47/48. Guess I should have stayed on the other side of the lake. Fished hard and ended up with 4, 3 of the 4 came on one 20 yard section of a bank in Googer. Only one keeper, all were caught on the Wart. Couldn't find any on the bluffs or points. Tight Lines and Merry Christmas! Hammer time, Unimog and dan hufferd 3
Ham Posted December 24, 2015 Posted December 24, 2015 Stockton isn't big enough to make me die on a spot that isn't producing. If Googer wasn't going, I would have been back over on the State Park side trying to duplicate 12/21. Just sayin. Every Saint has a past, every Sinner has a future. On Instagram @hamneedstofish
Dutch Posted December 25, 2015 Posted December 25, 2015 I fished both sides today. The big Sac gave up 3 two of which were keepers. The little Sac only gave up 2 one of which was a keeper. Guess I should have stayed in the big Sac. The only bait I could get a bite on was a green worm in 15-20 fow.
Hammer time Posted December 25, 2015 Posted December 25, 2015 Good report, was wondering water clarity on both sides?
Lifes2Short Posted December 29, 2015 Author Posted December 29, 2015 Sorry guys I left for Colorado right after I posted the report so I didn't get a chance to respond to the questions. Just got back, looks like you had some precipitation while I was gone.
