But it's a bit more to the than that. I'll be out Friday. Glad to help show you some Ned tips. Keep is, don't try and feel it. Need marine repair? Send our own forum friend "fishinwrench" a message. He will treat you like family!!! I owe fishinwrench a lot of thanks. He has been a great mechanic with lots of patience!

Zinkerz are made of a weird plastic that is very durable and has quite a bit of action, especially when you rub or stretch the salt out of them. Table Rock forum has lots of info on the Ned, but most of it is about a year old and you'll need to do some searching. There's a good video (I think it is on You-tube also) that shows a Ned rig in action in a swimming pool.

(I've tried them all) there are a few more links and info at the bottom of the story. http://www.in-fisherman.com/bass/prescription-plastics-ozark-finesse-heads/ Here's a good explanation & comparison of the zinker z & TRD. http://www.in-fisherman.com/bass/z-mans-finesse-t-r-d-and-2-12-inch-zinkerz-an-update/ You will need Loctite super glue gel to glue the bait to the jigheads. http://www.homedepot.com/p/Loctite-4g-Control-Gel-Super-Glue-234790/100371839 Dave's old video:
Dan the fisherman Posted December 31, 2015 Author Posted December 31, 2015 Thanks for all the tips fellas.

It gets pretty nuanced if you do it a lot, just like anything else. The elaztech baits are absolutely key, either zman baits or the strike king zero. You will catch fish with regular plastics, but not anything like you will with elaztech. Everything else I just dead and stiff by comparison. A good head doesn't hurt. If nothing else, don't overpower it by trying to use a head bigger than 1/8 or a hook bigger than #2-#1. See a lot of guys trying to do it with a stiff plastisol stick and 1/4oz head and 3/0 hook. Just won't work that way. It will catch a few, but nothing like the 25-100+ days that are possible when it is optimally rigged. A weedless head will preserve your religion. Lots of info on the TR forum, especially every spring when the questions blow up about it. Have tried to cover a lot of things at my YouTube channel, 521VX05. Feel free to pm me with anything else. About to dive deep into football with some coaching buds, so might be a day or so before I get back. Ham and Dan the fisherman 2
