Brian Jones Posted February 1, 2016 Posted February 1, 2016 Took a short afternoon trip today to Lower Big. We caught roughly 15 "keepers" and had seven over two pounds; with the majority being largemouths. This was our big fish of the day; a 20 incher that weighed 4.25lbs. Most all of the fish were caught on soft plastics; though we did catch a couple on crank baits. No jerk bait bite at all. Water temp was 45-46. bkbying89, SmallyWally, David Unnerstall and 8 others 11

Members go4ducks2 Posted March 29, 2016 Members Posted March 29, 2016 Brian......You are what us oldtimers call a "dyed in the wool" fisherman and that is a major compliment if you 've never heard it. Good for you, hope you have many years of fishing ahead of you, I'm 60 and still can't get enough and can still remember fishing when I was about 5.
