jtram Posted April 1, 2016 Posted April 1, 2016 I hadon't the day off yesterday, and after I took my son to school at noon I hauled the yak to a local flow (Elk tributary) for some fun. It was on fire! I fished from 1250-345 and caught 57 fish. Most were your standard 10 inch smalljaws but several were solid with a couple in the 14 inch range. 75 percent were brown fish with the rest being Largemouth and goggle eyes. The numbers blew my mind. I figured it would be a good afternoon but it was as good as most summer afternoons. BilletHead, tho1mas and ollie 3
npierceuark Posted April 1, 2016 Posted April 1, 2016 Good to hear, I've been itching to get on the river and was hoping it would pick up soon. Nice looking fish!
