ok, here is my best story on the drain plug thing.  Tournament morning at PB 2.  Long line to launch.  I prep the boat for launch, my buddy gets in the boat as I am driving the truck.  Wait my turn, launch him, go park, walk back down to loading dock and he is standing in 2 inches of water and yells "the drain plug must not be in!"  (Remember, I prepped the boat for launch.) "Pull me out quick". Rush back up the hill to the truck, back straight down the ramp (didn't wait in line), cut a couple of guys off in the process.  Get the trailer in the water and get out to hook him up after he drives the boat on the trailer.  Guys are hollering that are in line waiting to launch.  I just turned to them and hollered and pointed at my buddy, "the dumb butt left the drain plug out!!!!.  They started laughing and pointing at him.  Remember, I prepped the boat.  We still laugh about it.

its amazing how much water goes in quickly and how slow it comes back out. Funny stuff

I have forgot to put my drain plug in more than once.  Great story Jerry, I wish I could of put the blame on someone else this morning, but I was the only one around!!!  I knew I should of took my wife fishing with me!!!!
