if you think a perfect ten is kinda big, you should see the 7.5" minnows I use

I have thrown one a bit, they do get down deep, probably will need to be tuned and you might want to replace some of the hardware.  All that being said, not a bad value when on sale and you're looking for a big, deep running jerk bait for your arsenal.

I've not had any trouble with the hardware or those Gamakatsu hooks. Every one has fished "perfectly" right out of the box for me.

Depending on water temps sometimes you have to add a little suspend dot to get them to suspend, but most suspending rogues are like that. Switching factory hardware on some jerkbaits can ruin the built in suspension and action if you use the wrong stuff. Rogues are VERY sensitive to this.

Hope some of you reading this took advantage of the sale yesterday;)

Thanks Jim for the heads up !

Reports says the Perfect 10 is a good walleye trolling bait; at least, the guys on Lake Erie and some of the big waters are doing well enough on them that PRADCO added walleye colors.

The Elite 8 is a good jerkbait based on my limited experience. The first day I used it, I had a double header--one LMB at 8-10 and a "smaller" bass that the net guy said was 16 inches or so. That one fell off as we tried to net the pair.  Granted, I was fishing in the managed lake of the PRADCO CEO at the time, but still--we caught the stuffing out of bass with the bait.

I'm waiting to try the Top 20 for 'eyes. It is supposed to be a deep diver with a pretty unique action.  Once I get back fishing, I'll be chasing some Truman Lake fish for sure.

That top 20 looks interesting, last thing I need is another jerk bait, but the Rogues do have a unique action.  TW Labor Day sale is approaching.

agree

January and February I always take 4 rods with me. A pro suspender, an elite 8, a perfect ten and a super spoonbill.
