I'm a big fan of bladed jigs. I make my own and a local tackle store even carries them. Some of my favorite trailers are a Berkley Havoc Pit Boss 4" or Devil's Spear 4", or Rage Menace. I like to rig all of them sideways (vertical instead of horizontal), to make the tail flap more like a fish and to allow the trailer to work with the bait instead of against it.
