Stockton area mechanic

Could anyone recommend a Stockton/greenfield area outboard mechanic? I've got a 1999 200 Mercury EFI and it's lost power. Neutral it'll throttle up fine. Under a load it won't get over 2000 RPM's. I'm suspecting power pack but outboards are a different animal. Thanks for any help.

"power pack" is a Johnson/Evinrude term.  On a Merc it is a "switchbox".

I like son sac marine after using them a few times in the last 25 years.

There are 3 area places:  Orleans Trail, West Side, and Son Sac.  I have had work done at all three.  I imagine Ryan at Orleans is covered up winterizing the boats in the marina.  Bill at Son Sac is a good wrench.

where is son sac at? are they merc certified?

Son Sac Marine is next to Southwinds Motel about one to two miles south of Ruark Bluff ramp on Dade County Hwy H. The Hwy H bridge is closed at Ruark Bluff at this time if coming from the North. Hwy H is just east of Greenfield off Hwy 160.
