vernon Posted January 21, 2017 Posted January 21, 2017 Utilizing submarines perhaps? Is that a periscope in the bottom picture? "Never underestimate the power of stupid people in large groups." George Carlin "The only money ever wasted is money never spent." Me.

Doesn't have to be the 2017 stickers until March 1 but they should have a red 2016 sticker or I would call the POA Recreation Director at 855-5073. I'm tired of paying that big fee every year only to go out there and try to fish with dozens of other boats around me with no stickers. OK, back to Table Rock.
Sore Thumbs Posted January 25, 2017 Author Posted January 25, 2017 He lives in Bella Vista. Now everyone knows where to go for a potential big sack. Problem is that people fish there that aren't supposed to. It will get hammered. dtrs5kprs 1

Just reacting to social media exposure for a private place where law-abiding members already pay a POA yearly lake access fee ($165) plus monthly assessments and have to share what we pay for with trespassers. Guest Posted January 28, 2017 Posted January 28, 2017 I'm selling my membership this year, because its expensive to keep my boat tagged. I fished there twice in the past 2 years. Thats over $500 in fees, so I would be better off hiring a guide at Table Rock versus pay those dues. Plus, the crappie fishing is nonexistant & ive found the bream to have worms. the catfish tasted like miracle grow. My wife was disgnosed with a disease called alpha-gal, so she can only eat fish or chicken. Im focused on species other than bass this year. steven meador could catch 7lb bass in a interstate ditch, so I couldnt duplicate that if I tried.
Hammer time Posted January 28, 2017 Posted January 28, 2017 With social media these days nothing is a secret. I remember when hardly anyone knew of a phantom green wart, and me and all my buddies tried to keep it hush hush. Slowly but surely the word got out and within 2 years everyone knew! Whopper Plopper has been out for awhile and then they "hooked em" fall 2015 at big tournament on the Rock, got all over social media, now everyone uses or has knowledge of that bait. Before that tournament, never heard of it! My point is in today's world, with social media, nothing is a secret! Champ188 1
Sore Thumbs Posted January 29, 2017 Author Posted January 29, 2017 Hook line and Sinker couldn't give those Whopper Ploppers away before they got discovered. They were in their clearance bin. vernon 1
