jdmidwest Posted March 7, 2017 Posted March 7, 2017 Gander Mountain had the best deal I found last spring. Interstate Batteries and no core charge or return core. I picked up a size 24 cranking marine for $89 out the door. "Life has become immeasurably better since I have been forced to stop taking it seriously." — Hunter S. Thompson
J.M. Posted March 7, 2017 Posted March 7, 2017 I have been using Ellis batteries for the last few years I have good luck with them and they are supper nice people.
terryj1024 Posted March 7, 2017 Posted March 7, 2017 I have used Walmart batteries and O'Reilly Batteries and I wasn't impressed I'm currently using Bass Pro batteries they're not that high if you get them on sale they just had a really good sale on them but it's probably over now
Members CD7 Posted March 7, 2017 Author Members Posted March 7, 2017 Thanks all, I'm check these places out.
straw hat Posted March 7, 2017 Posted March 7, 2017 The best in my book is the Northstar agm at Battery plus bulbs. I have some that are 14 years old. They run $200 to $350 each but are rated down tom -40 degrees F. They are a sealed battery, maintenance free. They sell both storage batteries great for a trolling motor and starting batteries. CD7 1
CoolHandFluke Posted March 7, 2017 Posted March 7, 2017 May be kinda out of the way but, Battery Outfitters in Joplin usually has great prices on them.

What I actually need is two trolling motor batteries and one cranking battery. I really don't know what I'm doing! Lol! What kind of problem? I run power poles, aerators, 3 HDS units, 2 Pt. 1 antennas on an Optima SC31 DM. I also use them for the trolling motor. The Optimas have a 3 year warranty.
minnowhooker Posted March 7, 2017 Posted March 7, 2017 Been 2 years since I looked but Sam's an Academy Sports had the best prices when I last bought. CD7 1
