Haven't heard anything about whites wondering if their moving yet

I talked with a guy today who said they've been catching huge huge whites  downstream of Walnut Springs Ramp.

McCord Bend area ? Is that the right walnut springs?

I fished for whites a few days ago near pt. 15 I only manage to catch two in about 8 ft. of water. Just maybe, the rain will trigger them. Old wise man told me that the whites prefer some rain and a good flushing of our river system to turn them on.

I am thinking of the right end of the lake, yes? Walnut Springs is a common name for a couple other place too.

Yes Dan, your in the right neck of the woods, I talked to some guys at the ramp yesterday that said they were catching a few nice ones up there

Thank you, I used to fish that stretch when I was young, might have to go back.
