The Passing of a local Legend

Long time friend, all around great guy, and one of the best of the best, lake taneycomo trout fisherman Darrell Lundberg, passed away a few days back. A  stream side gathering in his honor will be held at the pavilion below the dam. It is open to all who had made his acquaintance and probably received a hearty welcome. i will post details when they become available. He will be missed by many. A fine ambassador to our great sport of trout fishing.

He gave fishing advice to hundreds probably over the years.  Had many anglers come by the shop and ask about flies he had given them to use.  He was a giving individual.

Enjoyed seeing Darrell and the Taney gang at Roaring in the winter C&R season and while at Taneycomo. Sorry to hear of his passing.
