MoCarp Posted October 3, 2017 Posted October 3, 2017 Truman crappie seem to be heaver for their length than Stockton or TR crappie...always wonder what they are eating they don't get in the other two lakes....perhaps thats why the MDC tried to stock Mississippi Silver sides in Stockton a few years back MONKEYS? what monkeys?
MoCarp Posted October 3, 2017 Posted October 3, 2017 have seen the brooks silversides in the spring river drainage, they are terrible bait as they die quick in a minnow bucket MONKEYS? what monkeys?

Agree that they would be a bad live bait candidate.

We fished his boat on Saturday afternoon and then we went back out Sunday morning in mine so we would have the 360 imaging to try and find more places with brush between the hardwood stumps that were holding the bigger fish.
