Linhardt
I'm not, need to get on the ball and get everything pulled out and checked over. But will try somewhere this weekend. Looks like a lot of birds are around. 22,000+ pintails at Loess Bluff NWR (Formerly Squaw Creek). 33,000+ birds down at Otter Slough, which to me is amazing, but I am guessing with the dry times down there they might be more concentrated compared to NW MO. But who knows. Missouri Waterfowl and Habitat Survey Anthony Linhardt
BilletHead
Hey Anthony, Mr. and Mrs. BilletHead will go to our little pond in the woods and hope all the local duck park shooting will send a few our way. I did prowl one of the parks and we have some ducks. Will look around some in the morning again. Not able and not going to try to get a spot in the park this weekend. Too old to fight for a spot. May try up there one day next week. jdmidwest
I am passing on ducks this year. Still too weak to wade thru mud, get up at 1 am., and lay out all day in the freezing water. I plan on fishing instead. Its been too dry around here for ducks anyway. Lancer09
Getting ready here! Got a small family farm pond that is perfectly clearing up some of the nasty moss from the cattle and more ducks are showing up every day. Watched a red head this morning for about five minutes. Had a mix of Mallards, teal, and gaddies on the pond the last few days. BilletHead
Linhardt
Well didn't get out like I wanted this weekend, scouted Friday but did not see any birds flying anywhere. On a good note I will be out on Thursday at Eagle Bluff's on a friends quick draw reservation. BilletHead 1 Anthony Linhardt
