Talked with Rick, the owner at the Joe Bass Tourney this past weekend on LOZ.  Great guy, but I think I prefer the Jig Skinz products personally.  Crank Wraps are better if you want to make quick changes on the water.

I thought about getting some to patch up my lipless cranks.  The chrome finish on them only lasts one day.

Can you buy a whole sheet of the same pattern ?   All I ever see is a sheet with 5-6 different patterns.

You can buy a big roll of adhesive foil at a craft store like Michaels. Prep the bait, stick it on, use a little clear coat if you want it to be permanent.

Foil heating and cooling tape works too.

I thought the crank wraps were like heat shrink wrap.  No?   If not they should be.

I bought some holographic foil yesterday & attempted to stick it on 1970's model Mann's Super George. It wouldn't lay down flat, but I didn't try to heat set it either. So I had to cut the curved section off the head of the bait & added  giant 3D eyes.

I'm going to clear coat with Bob Smith this weekend. At least the SG has some flash now.

I found the foil at hobby lobby next to the pine box cars. I will look for chrome next time.

the Super George is basically a 1970's version of a one knocker red eye shad with a spinner on the back hook.
