trythisonemv Posted March 25, 2018 Posted March 25, 2018 Got a kid that works for me wanted to head down to blunks anyone seen whites? They are in northern creeks figured they were up the names by now but no chatter

crappie_adams83 Posted March 26, 2018 Posted March 26, 2018 Gonna head down to blunks Wednesday hopefully we don’t get washed out tomorrow so I can wet a line if every body had a pole and a fish on the line there would never be a war
MNtransplant Posted April 3, 2018 Posted April 3, 2018 Anyone know what blunks looks like right now, is it fishable from the bank?
ollie Posted April 11, 2018 Posted April 11, 2018 Crickets in here! I would have thought by now someone would been getting into them either at Mccords or Blunks. "you can always beat the keeper, but you can never beat the post" There are only three things in life that are certain : death, taxes, and the wind blowing at Capps Creek!
Root Admin Phil Lilley Posted April 11, 2018 Root Admin Posted April 11, 2018 I think some things you won't hear about until a few days after it happens... Beaver Creek, Swan Creek and Blunk are 3 places people are pretty tight-lipped about. But I do have a good source... I'll check with him. BilletHead and ollie 1 1
Root Admin Phil Lilley Posted April 11, 2018 Root Admin Posted April 11, 2018 He said he heard whites are being caught as of yesterday at Roly Blunk Bend. ollie 1
vonreed Posted April 11, 2018 Posted April 11, 2018 Normally it's no big secret on the James for whites, and it's usually discussed here by now. I'd have reported something, but have had my attention on other areas fishing and have not been down there yet. It's gotta be going a little by now, if not it will be hot soon
Members 43acres Posted April 11, 2018 Members Posted April 11, 2018 Had a report that Sunday they were catching then within sight of the Galena bridge.
crappie_adams83 Posted April 12, 2018 Posted April 12, 2018 Went down this morning to blunks and watched an old boy throwing an a rig and caught close to his limit this morning of what looked like small males close to the beginning of the cliff up from the boat ramp if every body had a pole and a fish on the line there would never be a war
