Going Monday with my buddy he has never been fishing before and is twenty three . Should be fun

Went with a buddy Saturday morning (3-31.) Didn't get started as early as we wanted because of problems with my truck but we ended up catching 20 fishing for a couple of hours. Haven't been back since the cold but we are headed to try again this afternoon.

Got our butts kicked... floated Taylor to Orleans and didn't get  a bite until we got below Orleans. I finally caught 1 fish and he had another hooked for a couple of seconds, those were the only 2 bites we had.

We had about the same results in the Big Sac yesterday.  They had disappeared.  We got 1 right on the bottom in 19 fow.  We also caught 6 short blacks.

I was fishing around Taylor yesterday and had 3 whites.  Talked to some guys who caught limits around 215.

Figured they'd be up there around s curves as well...

I guess we went the wrong direction... We were thinking the cold would have pushed them back towards the lake.

What say you all river runners? Anything being caught? Thinking of making the run tomorrow (Wednesday) .Hope to have a report for the day. Possable 40 mph wind gusts in the afternoon. Thinking this could get us some wind break,
