merc1997 Bo Posted December 16, 2018 Posted December 16, 2018 got out today and two straight days of raining and dead cloud cover certainly did move the bait and fish around. but, you just have to keep on the move looking and they can be found. sometimes catching them can take some figuring out. fished about two hours with a chartreuse spoon without a bite and decided to put on a chrome and first drop, bam at 70 ft. deep. so, might have been catching them for the previous two hours if i had been fishing chrome. only had around 10 keeps today, but did have 4 nice lmgs. they all came 60 to 70 ft. deep. bo magicwormman, SplitG2, JestersHK and 7 others 10
SplitG2 Posted December 16, 2018 Posted December 16, 2018 Thanks Bo. Still looking forward to some videos. Really enjoyed the ones this time of year a few years ago.
Dutch Posted December 16, 2018 Posted December 16, 2018 Once more nice going Bo. I see that you got Joe out again.

I see that you got Joe out again. trying to teach him something. he can catch them when the trolling motor is being run right. he wants to leave it on 70 %, run it a while and then take his foot off the foot pedal. all you do is blow around in the wind doing that. you have to slowly creep along so your lure stays pretty straight down. i caught several on my gitzit rig yesterday along with a spoon. bo magicwormman 1
