Sprint21fter Posted December 23, 2018 Posted December 23, 2018 Fished 9-5, lots of fish, size was hard to come by. Easily caught 40 fish 10-14 inchers, Spots and Largemouth. RK 10-12ft. Had 7 keepers. A couple that were 3 lbs. Had 14 lbs no big ones lot of fun. Wt: 46.5-48.1 in the muddy water in the afternoon. Didn't Matter either side of the mudline still caught fish. Happy Holidays. big c, Champ188, Quillback and 5 others 8
Quillback Posted December 23, 2018 Posted December 23, 2018 Heckuva lot better than I did fishing up the White. I caught 7 bass on the Ned rig, good early bite, then they just quit on me. In compensation, it was about a nice a day for December as you can ask for. Lots of other fishermen out too. Saw the same temps up the White, 46-48.
champ187xr6 Posted December 23, 2018 Posted December 23, 2018 Sprint....where did the mudline begin? Thx
Sprint21fter Posted December 23, 2018 Author Posted December 23, 2018 Mudline started to mix just before you make the bend into Deer Bluff. Quill, it was an awesome day for first day of winter. Lots of boats out from what I saw they were all flinging the A-RIG. Quillback 1
Quillback Posted December 23, 2018 Posted December 23, 2018 Never was close to a lot of the boats out there, but I did see one guy chucking that A-rig.

Do you know how far up you have to go before you get back into clear water?
Bill Babler Posted December 23, 2018 Posted December 23, 2018 3 days ago at the 86 bridge over the Kings on the way to Eagle Rock the Kings was Chocolate Milk. It has probably pushed down stream to near Happy Hollow. Maybe. With Sprint saying he started to hit it at deer bluff, you can assume its stained between. http://whiteriveroutfitters.com http://whiteriverlodgebb.com
Devan S. Posted December 24, 2018 Posted December 24, 2018 I ran up to around Jackie and saw it just knew the clearing line was somewhere between there and 86 bridge. Hoping that soon it will be clear around aching back so I can begin the winter targeting for walleye. I know they can be caught in the dirty water just like the clearer water but its all in my head and confidence thing.
