snagged in outlet 3 Posted September 3, 2019 Author Posted September 3, 2019 Thx guys! Anybody ever attended??
Gavin Posted September 3, 2019 Posted September 3, 2019 Nope, but I've floated that area...You probably don't want to take a jet boat downstream from Ruby's at the Narrows.. You will encounter a 100 yard long shoal with fast water and lots huge rock's about two miles below there. I usually end up walking at least part of it if I have a loaded canoe or my jon. Kayak s//b OK. snagged in outlet 3 1
snagged in outlet 3 Posted September 3, 2019 Author Posted September 3, 2019 Wasn’t going to fish just check out the event.
Flysmallie Posted September 3, 2019 Posted September 3, 2019 I heard Jeff Trigg will be there talking about streamer fishing for smallmouth. That would be good for anyone that is interested in that kind of thing. Or you could just hire Trigg for a day. I haven't ever been but it's put on by guys that love to smallmouth fish from kayaks mostly and they post pics of a lot of nice fish.
netboy Posted September 3, 2019 Posted September 3, 2019 I find it strange that they say it is free and then tell you where can purchase the tickets???

Looks like the prices range from free to $20 depending on the level of amenities you would like. The free might just be for youngsters. Maybe they will jump on and answer some questions.
