Members Ranger Dave Posted September 11, 2019 Members Posted September 11, 2019 My friend and I went fishing with LMT OUT (Ed) at Stockton today. It was a great day to be on the water and we caught a lot of walleye. No huge ones. I think the largest was 18". But between the 2 of us, we brought home 7 keepers but we caught at least 6 or 7 short ones and a couple got off the line before we got them to the boat. This was my first time to go fishing just for walleye and I had never bottom bounced before. I had caught a few walleye here and there by accident but I never dreamed I would catch 8 walleye in one day. Ed was a great guide. I highly recommend going fishing with him. He took us to a spot and I caught my first walleye in about 5 minutes. Hawgeye, Johnsfolly, oghfm and 12 others 14 1
Heretolearn Posted September 11, 2019 Posted September 11, 2019 Very nice, I hope I get to go fishing with LMT OUT next year. It amazes me how keeps catching that many fish on bottom bouncers. lmt out 1
Walleyedmike Posted September 11, 2019 Posted September 11, 2019 Glad to hear you had a good trip Ranger Dave. Lmt out is the man. Hopefully I can spend a little time in a boat with him sometime in the future as well. WM

*T* Posted September 11, 2019 Posted September 11, 2019 Well you know where to find them. If you can't, no one can. 🐟 "Water is the driving force of all Nature." -Leonardo da Vinci
Boobie Posted September 15, 2019 Posted September 15, 2019 Sorry "T" but I could not find them.Fished 2 days with no luck covered lots of water.... Now the crappie, found lots on pole timber at the bottom at 9 foot. Caught some slabs.😎 *T* 1
MrGiggles Posted September 15, 2019 Posted September 15, 2019 Went last night and had one short and one barely legal. Found a couple nice crappie on brush but I didn't spend much time trying to find them. JME but the walleye bite seems to slow down during a full moon. Should get better soon. -Austin
