I know we skinned it . But got Big Hog taken care of.

This Hog was ready to Butcher last Spring. Weighed good 500 pounds.

Me and my wife aren’t young as we use to be. Still Steaks and Roast to cut and package.

Scare the something out of them knife in good hand with my bad hand up above it.

Took fried up some Sausage. Better than you get out of the store. Way less fat.

I left bunch of fat on the ribs. Just thinking, rub and slow cook on the grill. DANG!

Gotta have enough fat in the sausage to make gravy!  And I am scared just reading about bad hand hanging over a sharp knife.

I found if my bad hand decides to fall it does no matter what is in the way. Dropped it on a piece of sharp metal and cut it.

My wife ran battery down on my Pickup. Son came to jump me.

You want to cut wood tomorrow? I guess what do we need? Everything.

So I took the Chainsaw to the shop had Carburetor adjusted, got gas for the Splitter, filled Pickup up and went in the woods and got the Splitter. Ready to go.

Wife is fixing me up for the Holidays bought some Wild Turkey American Honey. I talked her into getting some Jack Daniels.

Ok this is BS. Two days messing with a Hog. Today cut wood. I know I got most the wood but I’m tired.
