Cooking Catfish

Been just Filleting my fish out and frying. Well. I cut it in smaller pieces and seems it cooked up better.

I always cut it up into chunks myself unless it is a small fillet like a bream.

Either cut them up smaller or cook them longer.

I cut them smaller and they are great.
