Had a Cousin with bad cancer and they gave her a year. She got COVID-19 and cancer became worse.

She just passed what killed her the cancer or COVID-19?

Sorry to hear, Oneshot.

A doctor would tell you it is difficult, and pointless to try and quantify these things, i.e. - cancer was responsible for 57% and Covid was responsible for 43%.  Thats why they have this fancy term, "co-morbidity".  Could've been more than just those 2 things, too.

I would say the Cancer killed her but anymore their awful fast to say COVID.

Had a Brother in Law pass already had COPD but all signs pointed to COVID-19 but Coroner said cost too much to Test once a person is dead so he was never tested.

They gave her a year.....say 6 or 7 months later she is in an automotive accident. Significant injuries and ultimately the doctors say her body was too weak from the cancer to survive such injuries.

Did she die from cancer or from a car crash? If she was hit by another drive does the insurance of the person who hit her pay out?

I’ve always maintained dead is dead. If a Deer is killed with a.22 it is just as dead as one killed with a 30.06.

I’ve got this Cancer and I’ve had COVID-19 if it is my time there is nothing I can do to change it. Never ever figured leaving this world alive in this body.

Yes she will be missed but death is a part of life.
